Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 10 days after order confirmation. Delivery is made in Belgium and the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are 20 euros including VAT. Regardless of the destination country. Free delivery from 4 products.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

The period starts the day after delivery of the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, no later than 14 days after notification. Return costs are borne by the consumer, except if the product was delivered defective or incorrectly.

ONE VEBO CONSULT will refund all amounts received (including standard delivery) no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal, but may wait until the goods have been received back.
